Terms of Service

By starting a GBP Studio plan you agree to these terms. Questions: gbpstudios.ai@gmail.com.

The service

  • One Google Business Profile location per $197/month subscription.
  • Included: profile hygiene; personalized replies to real Google reviews within 48 business hours; 4 Google Posts per week; monthly Insights report with 3 recommended actions; email support Mon–Fri within 1 business day on in-scope items.
  • First ~14 days are often Pilot (drafts for your OK), then Steady publish. You may stay on Approve-mode anytime.
  • You stay the Owner. We only use Manager access (or Approve-mode by email). We never take Owner.

What we do not do

  • No rankings or “#1 on Maps” promises.
  • No fake, gated, or incentivized reviews.
  • No ads, websites, full-site SEO, or phone answering.
  • No SMS review blasts in the MVP plan.
  • Not affiliated with Google.

What you provide

  • A claimed and verified Google Business Profile for one location.
  • Manager invite to gbpstudios.ai@gmail.com (or Approve-mode).
  • Accurate business facts for posts/replies; optional rights-OK photos.
  • You will not ask us to post false claims or fake reviews.

Billing

SLA credit (work done)

  • We guarantee work done (replies within SLA, 4 posts/week, monthly report).
  • If we miss the SLA two times in a calendar month, the next month is a 50% credit.
  • No guarantee of rankings, call volume, revenue, or review ratings.

Suspension

  • We may pause service for chargebacks, abusive requests (e.g. fake reviews), or suspended/banned listings until resolved.
