GBP Studio (“we”) provides Google Business Profile operations for local businesses. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you submit on our site (Start form, free Scorecard): name, business name, email, phone, city, trade, Google Maps / Business Profile URL, notes, and access preference when provided.
- Payment and billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Basic technical data (pages visited, device/browser) if analytics is enabled later — we will not sell personal data.
- Emails you send to gbpstudios.ai@gmail.com while we support your account.
How we use it
- To run intake, checkout handoff, Manager-invite steps, weekly profile work, review replies, posts, and monthly Insights.
- To reply to Scorecard requests and support questions.
- To bill the $197/mo subscription and handle cancels/refunds per our Cancel & Refund Policy.
Sharing
- Stripe for payments.
- Google only as needed when you grant Manager access on your Business Profile (you stay Owner).
- Form/email providers used to deliver Start or Scorecard submissions to our ops inbox.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not ask for or store your Google password.
Your choices
- Email gbpstudios.ai@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (subject to legal/billing retention).
- Remove our Manager access on Google at any time.
Children
- Service is for businesses; not directed at children under 13.

- We may update this page; the “Last updated” date will change.
