Cancel & Refund Policy

Cancel
- Month-to-month. Cancel anytime by email to gbpstudios.ai@gmail.com.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date.
- Service continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Within 5 business days after the period ends we stop new posts/replies, remove Manager access, and can send an export of the posts/replies log.
Refunds
- First 14 days: if Manager (or Approve) access was granted and we failed to start work because of us → full refund.
- After delivery has started: no prorated refund for unused days in the current period; cancel stops the next charge.
- Chargebacks pause service; we review with you in good faith.
SLA credit
- Miss SLA twice in a calendar month → 50% credit on the next month (see Terms).
